Diego Andidero was born in Turin on 04/26/75 and is the founder of Globo. A prominent sports agent in the world of soccer, he is involved in managing a football player’s career from different aspects.
His work is not limited to signing contracts, but also includes legal assistance, financial advice, and sports and human management of athletes, offering them support even off the field.
Michele Visconti was born in Turin on March 22, 1986, and, driven by his great passion for soccer, he specialized as a soccer scout in 2024. He collaborates with Globo to discover young talents or already trained players and assess their suitability for various teams.
A connoisseur and expert in Greek and French soccer, he is involved in international video scouting, even attending live matches in Europe to assess movements, attitude and personality.

Nico Rosafio, a Swiss football expert, is a professional in mediating between potential sponsors and sponsees; connoisseur of sports sponsorship which he carries out thanks to a diverse range of subjects with heterogeneous characteristics
Massimo Corsano was born in Novara on 12/14/1971. In 2010 he began as a sports commentator on local television and radio stations, creator and host of the radio show “A Ruota Libera”, on radio wave Novara, between 2014 and 2019. Currently he is host of the video column he created “Quattro chiacchiere con…” for the newspaper “vanovarava.it” where he interviews sports and entertainment personalities. He is also a presenter at sporting events and is very active in the world of charity.

Andrea Montenegro was born in Turin on March 18, 1996. He has a great passion for soccer, especially youth soccer. He took the football observer course, obtaining the ASI (International Sports Association) card.
He began working with Globo and Founder Diego Andidero to discover promising young players by drawing up detailed sheets with strengths and areas for improvement. Andrea combines passion technical skills by carrying out talent scouting in youth sectors, minor leagues and international tournaments. My goal is to turn my passion into a job.
Diego Andidero was born in Reggio Calabria on September 8, 1980. He is a namesake of his cousin Diego Andidero (no joke…). He attended the football observer course, obtaining the ASI (International Sports Association) membership.
Driven by the passion and knowledge of his sports agent cousin, he began working with Globo. Diego combines passion, technical skills and analysis to find the right players at the right time.
Diego provides his observation and evaluation process, also monitoring the growth of players already on the roster and understanding who needs to be improved with targeted training.

Marco Olivi
Marco Olivi, driven by his passion for sports and the personal development of human beings, took a training course to become a professional coach, trying to support athletes and professionals in personal and professional improvement.
In 2021 he received the Corporate Coach Diploma at Coach You Italia, an ICF certified school, which allowed him to acquire the Coaching methodology; he was promoted and proclaimed by the international Coaching Institute.
